Each raya12 member is only allowed to have one active account. Owning more than one account — whether in your own name or someone else's — is a serious violation of our terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Raya12 reserves the right to verify your identity (KYC) at any time as part of our security and compliance procedures. Verification is conducted by collecting official identity documents such as a national ID or driver's license.

• The registered name must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions.
• A valid and active email address is required for the registration process.
• Your account password is the sole responsibility of the account owner. raya12 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use due to the owner's failure to keep their password confidential.
• You must immediately report to the raya12 support team if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Raya12 accepts various deposit methods commonly used in Indonesia, including local bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), and QRIS. All deposit transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit is Rp 20,000 for all available payment methods.

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by member VIP level. VIP Elite members have no daily withdrawal limit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is available in the respective game information and reflects the average percentage of returns to players over the long term.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — such as a network disruption, game error, or server outage — affected bets will be voided and funds returned to the account balance.
